Watkins is here to keep you healthy while you focus on your studies at KU. We have an outstanding staff of board-certified medical providers that specializes in the needs of college students including primary care needs, routine and urgent care, mental health and medication management, women's health, and gender affirming care. We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and constantly seek new ways to make your visit as convenient as possible.

Appointments

Appointments are encouraged to minimize or prevent unnecessary waiting time. To make an appointment to see one of our medical providers, log into your secure patient portal or call Watkins appointment line at 785-864-9507.

Patients with urgent care needs or injuries will always receive prompt treatment. If you are unable to schedule an appointment ahead of time, you may walk in for care any time we are open.

Call 911 for life-threatening injury or illness. When Watkins Health Services is closed and you are in need of urgent care, call LMH Health at 785-505-5000 located at 325 Maine Street.
