Massage Therapy


General Information

Watkins Health Services offers massage therapy for students, faculty and staff.  A variety of massage options are available including medically ordered therapy, Swedish, deep tissue and more.


To make an appointment, call 785-864-95071. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time and check in at Registration on the first floor.  Massage Therapy is located in the north wing on the second floor of Watkins Health Center.



There is a charge for massage therapy, which is not covered under the required student health fee. Students may have their account billed by Watkins Health Services Business Office or pay by cash, check or credit card at time of service.  Faculty and staff need to pay at time of service.  Please contact the Business Office at00002 785-864-9520 with any questions.

Bring a Massage Therapist to your Worksite

KU units on the Lawrence campus may arrange to bring our massage therapist(s) onsite to your department, meeting or event. Chair massages for neck, shoulders and back are available in 15-minute increments at a rate of $15 per increment per therapist. To make a reservation for onsite massage, please call 785-864-9752.
