Watkins Health Services (WHS) customer service plan is designed to promote a positive work environment and assure that staff members provide excellent service at the health center for both external (patients, other KU departments, vendors, etc.) and internal (co-workers) customers. This plan established specific customer service standards for the health center based on the principles of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (R.I.S.E), which give the program its name.

This award acknowledges the contributions of a WHS employee who consistently meets and/or exceeds the RISE principles of customer service.

|This award is to acknowledge the contributions of a group of employees who have worked collaboratively in order to meet or exceed the needs of others through an improvement at WHS.

Maggie Khater, Radiology
|This award acknowledges the contributions of a WHS employee who consistently delivers good customer service while performing duties that are essential but may not be public or readily apparent.
“Maggie is highly dependable and helps wherever and whenever she is needed. She is friendly employee has a warm smile and kind words for everyone she interacts with. WHS employees know they can count on this dedicated staff member.”
